Capturing the Being of Nature

Nature reminds us who we are.
Through the lens of calm and serenity.

Beauty · Longing · Connection · Dignity

Why I photograph

There is no separation.

Between the world within and the world without. Between what we see and what we are.
Photography, for me, is not about capturing what is out there. It is about remembering what lives within us.
When we truly see the beauty of nature - a tree mirrored in still water, peaks dissolving into cloud - something wakes up. A longing. And in that longing, a quiet recognition: I am not separate from what I see. I belong to it.

Beauty awakens longing. Longing leads inward. And at the end of that path lives something we all carry - and too easily forget.

Dignity.

Not earned. Only remembered. Nature reminds us.
My hope is that my work become small invitations - to pause, to feel that belonging, and to return, even for a moment, to our own dignity

This is what I photograph for.

Being of Nature - Images

Each image is an invitation. To pause. To feel. To remember. Take one home.

APPEARING, RISE OF THE MOON
from CHF 50.00

Between mountain and sky, the veil thins. The moon emerges from shadow and cloud — not rising, but revealing itself, as if it has always existed just beyond the visible. The silhouette of the peaks holds the threshold. What appears is not light alone, but a presence stepping through from another world.

TOGETHER IN SILENCE
from CHF 50.00

Two grebes in the early morning mist on Lake Zurich. A quiet moment of closeness and tranquility, reduced to the essentials. The soft tones and large negative space give the image a timeless, meditative effect.

BETWEEN WORLDS, THE BREATH OF HEAVEN
from CHF 50.00

In light, the clouds rise like a living presence and breathe form into the sky. Between worlds, nature reveals its sacred beauty - vast, powerful and alive, filled with the silent breath of infinity.

About me

My love for photography began in childhood, sparked by a deep fascination with the beauty around me, not just in nature, but also in urban landscapes and everyday moments that often go unnoticed.

For a couple of years, I’ve had the privilege of calling Switzerland my home. Each day here feels like a visual gift, from the towering peaks of the Alps to the stillness of mirror like lakes, from the soft mist of forest mornings to the golden glow of sunsets over mountain ridges. Switzerland’s natural beauty constantly inspires me, offering endless opportunities to see the world through a lens of wonder.

My photography is centered on capturing quiet, peaceful moments in nature. In a world that moves fast, I want to create images that encourage silence, reflection, and connection with nature. Whether it’s the gentle ripple of water, the play of light on a distant peak, or the quiet solitude of a forest path, I strive to convey a sense of calm and presence. Each photo is an invitation to pause, to breathe, to notice, and to reconnect with the beauty that surrounds us, the beauty of nature. When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll likely find me hiking through alpine trails, discovering secluded spots, or simply sitting by a lake, observing how the light shifts with the passing hours. These quiet moments of immersion help shape my vision and deepen my connection to the being of nature I photograph.

Photography, for me, is not about capturing what is out there. It is about remembering what lives within us. When we truly see the beauty of nature - a tree mirrored in still water, peaks dissolving into cloud - something wakes up. A longing. And in that longing, a deep recognition: I am not separate from what I see. I belong to it. My hope is that my work become small invitations - to pause, to feel that belonging, and to return, even for a moment, to our own dignity.
