MOUNTAIN SOULS, TENDERLY

from CHF 75.00

One peak, one cloud, one breath. Beneath the sky rendered in silver, the mountain rises with unexpected gentleness - its sharp edges softened by snow, its summit held by a single cloud as if in a quiet embrace. Of all the ways a mountain can be, this is the one we rarely expect: tender. And in that tenderness, something in us remembers.

Nature reminds us.

Stripped of colour, the mountains reveal what colour conceals. Snow becomes light. Rock becomes shadow. Cloud becomes breath. Mountain Souls is a series of black and white images from the Swiss Alps - not the Alps of drama or distance, but the Alps of pure form. Each image an encounter with a mountain as it truly is: ancient, patient, indifferent to weather. And yet - somehow - present.

Nature reminds us.
